Transform are:
Carl Harris who left school at 16 and learned about design the hard way through a craft apprenticeship and twelve years working in two industrial design consultancies before starting Transform in 1997.
Lorna Harris who gave up a successful career in commercial banking to raise two boys and now makes sure our beans add up.
Sam Curtis who gained a 2.1 in graphic design from Nottingham Trent and after five years at her first agency joined Transform in 2009.
