Carl Harris who left school at 16 and learned about design discipline the hard way through a craft apprenticeship and twelve years working in two industrial design consultancies before starting Transform in 1997. Carl is into graphic design, illustration, website building and photography.

Dan Hickman is a talented web designer and developer with over 17 years’ experience. His creative flair and up-to-the-minute knowledge of all things digital provides strong support in this critical area of our business.

Lorna Harris who gave up a successful career in business banking to raise two boys and now makes sure our beans add up. Lorna advises clients on business and project financial management.
